At PH Supplies, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed quickly, securely, and delivered safely. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Our Main Courier – Royal Mail Tracked 24

All United Kingdom orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24, our preferred delivery service.

We aim to dispatch eligible orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver your parcel the next working day, although delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Every UK order is sent using a fully tracked and signed-for service, giving you complete visibility of your parcel throughout its journey. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

Please note that delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days, depending on stock availability and order volume.

Once processed, your order will be dispatched using a fully tracked delivery service.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Days

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delivery estimates begin from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email, not from the date your order is placed.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that all delivery information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

PH Supplies cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

If the address supplied was correct, we will gladly assist you in working with the courier to resolve any delivery issues.

UK Delivery

Standard UK Delivery (FREE)

We offer FREE UK delivery on all eligible orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

  • Fully tracked delivery

  • Signed-for service where applicable

  • Most orders arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch

Although the majority of parcels are delivered the next working day after dispatch, delays may occasionally occur due to adverse weather, peak periods, or Royal Mail operational issues.

Please allow up to 5 working days from dispatch before contacting us regarding a delayed delivery.

International Shipping

We ship to a wide range of international destinations using trusted express courier services.

All international orders are fully tracked, and customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges before delivery.

These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PH Supplies is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees incurred after your order has been dispatched.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Estimated International Delivery Times

Europe: 2–5 business days

Rest of the World: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local courier services.

Returns from Outside the UK

If returning an item from outside the United Kingdom, please ensure the parcel is clearly marked:

"Returned Goods – No Commercial Value."

Failure to label your return correctly may result in customs charges or delays. PH Supplies cannot accept responsibility for additional costs resulting from incorrect customs declarations.

While we always strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays
